Before you tow
Check your ball size
The 16′ utility takes a 2″ ball. The 28′ car hauler takes a 2 5/16″ ball. They are not interchangeable — bring the right one.
You need a brake controller
Both trailers have electric brakes, so your tow vehicle needs a working brake controller and a 7-pin connector.
Know your tow rating
Loaded, the car hauler can reach 14,000 lb. Make sure your truck and hitch are rated for what you're pulling.
Strap it down
Tie-downs are available with either trailer — ask when you book and we'll have them ready.
